After submission, resumes go through a screening process to qualify candidates who meet the minimum requirement. The qualified candidates are further screened and candidates with outstanding qualifications and achievements are shortlisted and invited for either an initial interview or an aptitude test depending on the position of vacancy.
For experienced employees, they will be required to go through either one or two interviews. For graduate trainees, they may be required to take an aptitude test and then two or three interviews.
TCandidates who are successful at any of the stages should expect a reply between 1-3 days after. Unsuccessful candidates will still be notified.
