Emmanuel Ejoor

Emmanuel Ejoor is currently the Chief Technology Officer at FPG Technologies & Solutions Limited (FPG) and has responsibility for the leadership and management of the Technology, Implementation and Support Teams.
Emmanuel brings to bear 24+ years of overall IT experience with over 21 years of experience in the design and deployment of total ICT Solutions, Service Support Operations & Solutions that underpin strategic business objectives resulting in business benefits, improving Return-On-Investments (ROI) on IT infrastructure, reducing the Total-Cost-of Ownership (TCO), delivering customer success and cost savings to organizations.

Information

Prior to FPG, Emmanuel was the Practice Lead for Microsoft Azure Cloud Services at Signal Alliance Technology Holding where he drove the Microsoft Azure solutions engagements. Before joining Signal Alliance, he was part of the pioneer team that setup Tek Experts Nigeria, a Microsoft Global Support Partner where he served as Operations Manager with the responsibility of managing 250+ support engineers and delivering excellent total customer experiences and achieving set KPIs.

Emmanuel was the pioneer staff and Technology Consultant of the Dell Nigeria Team after which he joined the EMC team also as Technology Consultant. Part of his forte is identifying prospective customers' business needs and proffering viable solutions based on new, innovative, and evolving technology to meet those needs and resolve business challenges.

Prior to Emmanuel’s OEM engagements, he played the role of Service Delivery Manager at Virgin Nigeria Airways but started out his IT career at Computer Warehouse Limited, one of the foremost indigenous IT companies, where he began as a Systems Engineer and rose to Engineering Services Manager over the span of seven and a half years and managing a profitable services support organization with a team of 110+ support engineers.

Emmanuel’s skills include leadership, setting up and managing skilled customer success support teams for Operational & Managed Services engagements based upon ITIL-based Service Management processes and methodologies, training, team building and management. Also noteworthy are IT Policy, Process and Procedure definition, driving continuous Service Improvement Initiatives for improved efficiency in Service Delivery operations as well as vendor and Internal stakeholder management.

Emmanuel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University. Emmanuel is ITIL certified to Manager level and holds multiple OEM certifications which include Microsoft, Dell, EMC, VMware, Commvault and Informatica.
